    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

He is really very good. If you attend classes and read the book, you can do very well. I learned a lot about networks and security. He is organized and makes everything clear.

    Course highlights:

Lectures are organized and the class discussions are excellent. Others keep saying he's tough but I find that if you study PowerPoints a lot & read the book, there's no reason not to do well. There is plenty of HW quizzes though. And exams do have short answer.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Excellent prof that really goes out of his way to help his students. He's regularly avail on campus, even on weekends! ( I think he LIVES on campus.) Class HW is easy and don't need the book. Read and study the slides and you'll do fine. The fill in the blanks are hard as hell. Final was tricky but he curves. Certif. is diff story though

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Lectures on dry material are interjected with humour. Practical assignments tie in with theory discussed. Make sure you use proper grammar/long answers in assignments - important for grading. If you don't understand something, ask and he will clarify well. Overall, a great professor.

    Course highlights:

The class itself isn't bad. He provides powerpoints, makes lectures fun, gives the same format for quizzes and gives study guides for the two exams. Everything was as expected except you must show up for class. He will take points off randomly at the end if you don't show up every class
