    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The content is very exciting, especially if you are interested in learning about the brain. The professor is very knowledgeable.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of the course were learning about brain processes on a cellular level. There were multiple neuronal pathways that I learned about that helped me understand why we react the way that we do sometimes.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to sit through a long lecture, but the content is highly interesting. You do not need a textbook but the exams are based off of the powerpoints which are long and can leave out information sometimes.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed his class, and with studying being the only assigned homework, the course is really what you make it. MUST ATTEND CLASS TO UNDERSTAND THE COURSE!

    Course highlights:

To me, the most fascinating section of this course was the unit on brain processing with the rest of the body, figuring out how the brain interacts with the nervous systems and the various chemicals in the brain

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Show up to class and take decent notes.

Professor McDonald is an excellent teacher. He makes this class interesting to learn about. He is more than willing to help if there are any issues that arise with the students.

    Course highlights:

We learned how some of the different sensory systems worked within the body at the neurological level. We discussed the anatomy and chemical processes of different sensory systems. .

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely get the textbook. It was extremely helpful. Also, always go to class and pay attention. It really helps.
