Not too easy. Not too difficult.
This course was one of my favorite biology courses I have taken. The professor, who also works in the field, is an expert in the topic and was extremely passionate. His teaching style was easy to understand and he was helpful to students who needed help.
The course goes in depth in the subject of Genetics discussing the building blocks of the subject such as cell types and cell reproduction as well as heredity and probability. The course delves into genetic testing and mapping as well as gene cloning. The lab explores all of the topics studied in lecture in a way that increases your understanding. The semester long gene mapping experiment involving mating fruit flies was personally one of the most terrifying but interesting experiences I have had in a course.
