    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is difficult and the professor is tough. Most of my classes I have been able to breeze through, but this class takes a lot more time than others that I have experienced. This class does allow you to learn the processes that you need to take when making managerial decisions.

    Course highlights:

In this course, I have learned how to identify problems. Identifying the root of a problem within a business is very important. I have also learned how to identify objectives in order to make managerial decisions. Creating alternatives for each decision is also important. You should have at least 5 alternatives from different perspectives before making a final decision.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are considering this course, be prepared to put more time and effort into your studies. There is a case analysis each week along with the discussions. The professor is tough and grades strictly so make sure that you are following all of the guidelines and templates. Also, your final project is a question that you have to identify different objectives and the best alternatives, so make sure and begin working on it from the start.
