Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course not only taught me about my behavior and personality as an individual, but it provided me insight as to why I act a certain way in a group as well. This course can easily be applied to one's workplace and teach individuals about leadership and their behavior within an organization. I learned a lot about myself while taking this course.

    Course highlights:

I became more educated about my personality type, and how I perform and act as an individual. I also became more knowledgeable about how I perform in a team, both through research and group projects. I was able to apply what I learned to my job and in turn, became a better team player, a better leader, and learned to understand other people by understanding their personality. This course taught me how to improve workplace performance, job satisfaction, and what qualities I possess that determine the way I behave.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take in all of the knowledge you retain in this class. I learned more about myself taking this class than I have anywhere else. This class can significantly increase your performance and behavior at work, so long as you understand the content and ask questions. Be prepared to be full engaged and work within teams.
