    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course gave me the best information on anatomy and I learned so much, and quickly in this class.

    Course highlights:

    I learned information about bone marrow, and diseases that I wasn't so sure of before. I learned the causes of diabetes and the specific terms of each system of the human body. I learned things about skin, melanin, negative feedback, the types of muscles, the cranial nerves. I learned the bones of the body, the digestive system, endocrine system, nervous system, urinary system.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do not procrastinate in this class. Dedicate yourself to study for this class. It is definitely important in your careers and the anatomical body is not easy to learn.

    Course Overview:

    Anatomy and Physiology is the study of the body and the way that it works. A good understanding of anatomy and physiology the basis of all medicine. Without knowing how the body works, how it is made up and how it can go wrong, we cannot even begin to design effective treatments and interventions, including surgery or new pharmaceutical drugs. Learning anatomy and physiology well means that you know the basics of medicine.

    Course highlights:

    I got to meet many people that were interested in being in the healthcare field. I learned about every bone in the body but also how it works together.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Always set aside time to study. This course requires several hours of study time in order to memorize what you have learned.
