Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was well planned and facilitated. Dean Webb's delivery was clear and she made sure we understood what we needed to learn in the class. This crated an atmosphere that was conducive to learning and sharing, which made the class, not only interesting, but fun as well.

    Course highlights:

The highlight for me was the group project. We were formed into group of 5 and asked to do a persuasive speech. Our group chose Dubai as the topic. We worked so well together. Every member of our group were engaged and participated. We all did our part and learned so much about Dubai. We also became friends in the midst of working together.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is very important and will help you overcome your fear of public speaking.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it taught me how speak properly during a presentation and it also taught me how to be fearless and aggressive when going after something I want.

    Course highlights:

The highlight that I most remember was having a group presentation and all of us working as a team to make sure the final result was impeccable. I learned how to work well with others and to let others take control in their assigned jobs.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would be to give all of the speeches required. If you miss one speech, you'll have to work twice as hard and get better grades in order to pass the class. The speeches and group presentations are crucial to passing.
