    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    It is a great course that gives you a massive intake on the public relations world. You learn extensively on how to portray yourself and your product or business to the rest of the world. The course is not vigorous, it is very basic but just learning the basics leaves you with a fresh mind on what marketing is nowadays.

    Course highlights:

    We were assigned products that we have to create plans for. A marketing plan is not the easiest but it allowed us to work in groups, as that is what business is and we had to collaborate and create something no one else has seen. It was a great learning experience because one who had to work for a really long time with many different people but we also had to create something that took many challenges but we learned along the way.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Pay attention. It is important that you grasp all the concepts because they all relay on to the next topic. It is crucial that you understand all the terminology because it is common vocabulary that will be used in the business world.

    Course Overview:

    Principal of marketing was a very insightful class which informed me of what exactly marketing is. It was very interesting and the teacher was so passionate about this class. I learned so much about marketing and what possible jobs a person can pursue as a marketer.

    Course highlights:

    I learned the four important subjects of marketing :The product, place, price, promotion. These four subjects are what marketers deal with and study within the market place.

    Advice for students:

    This course was very beneficial to my degree. At first, I was undecided about my major. After taking this class I changed my major to marketing. It is a very broad major with Many job opportunities.
