    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor is very kind and does help out. Although, she does not explain things too well. Thins I already know, she explains them in a confusing way. There is also a huge amount of homework. The homework helps out on tests but the homework itself is graded harshly.

    Course highlights:

The professor helped our grades with extra credit and removing our lowest test score. She also helps out with any problems after class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to spend about 2 hours on homework. Get help at a math center if you're confused about anything. Ask questions.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because the content wasn't too difficult to understand and the teacher was very good at providing help throughout the course.

I learned the basics of college algebra, while applying previous knowledge acquired from other math courses I have taken.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

I would advise the students to stay focused on the content and make sure they keep up with the assignments required.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend Ms. Thanki, because she is dedicated to your success. She is always willing to answer any questions during the class if you do not understand something, she does many examples in order to benefit your learning experience, and overall, and is a great asset to have as a math teacher!

    Course highlights:

During the class, she uses an overhead, or an ELMO moniter, where she takes notes from scratch, and has you copy it down word for word while she is teaching. So, your notes always match hers. This is always successful since she always bases her tests on the notes provided. It is truly beneficial to your learning.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely take notes word for word, and make your own personal notes as needed!
