    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's a very interesting class. You get to learn and understand other cultures. There are no exams just papers to turn in every other week and four major projects. Class attendance is not compulsory.

    Course highlights:

Learning about the Mayan youth of Guatemala and the Mexican farmworkers of California. This made me aware of the effects of globalization on these groups and the possibility of changing my lifestyle in order to improve theirs.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Attend the lectures, submit all your assignments on time, follow the instructor's advice on how to answer her essay questions, keep to the deadlines that she gives you and you are guaranteed an A.
