    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it helps you understand a lot of the fundamentals of health. Everyone should know the fundamentals of their own health.

    Course highlights:

    I learned about the body. How we use energy. Thoughts and the way of the brain.the different amouts of food we eat. how to maintain, lose, or gain weight. Exercises that help your muscles

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study the Powerpoints given. Everything that you need to know on the test will be covered on the powerpoints in class. When in doubt as questions about what was gone over.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    There is a lot to learn in this course. You have to read and study hard because at any moment there could be a pop quiz. If you have a reading for the night, expect a quiz the next class period.

    Course highlights:

    I learned that it's best to be prepared. We learned about how far health care in general has come. There have been many improvements and will always be improvements when people express the need for them.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read, study, keep quizzes and tests. Drink Coffee!!
