    Course Overview:

    The structure of financial institutions and their role in the provision of money and near money.

    Course highlights:

    Analysis of the Federal Reserve System, the techniques of central banks, and the control of supply of financial assets in stabilization policy. Relationship of money and credit to economic activity and the price level.
