The professor enjoyed teaching and encouraged students to think critically about new information. The course was clearly outlined and she offered lots of help with final presentations.
A major take away from this course was learning the different lens you can analyze our society with. For example, you can dissect society using the symbolic interactionist perspective, the functionalist perspective, and the conflict perspective.

Read the chapters. That's the only way to understand the material discussed in class. Quizzes are based on the chapters so taking notes to help you remember is necessary if you want to pass the quizzes.
