    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

You have to take this class as a Gen-Ed. It is kind of boring, but make the most of the workout lab!

    Course highlights:

I learned some about stress and how that directly affects one's health. The information in the class is pretty cool.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make the most out of your time.

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would reccommend this course as it teaches a lot of insight to health and nutrition that one may not have previously known. There are also a ton of fascinating topics and discussions.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were the assignments, being able to see first hand the impact nutrition playing into my own personal life was interesting.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not treat this like any other gen Ed course, the information is dense and requires just as much studying as a major class.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was made to be way more difficult than it needed to be! The study guides were helpful in learning the material but then random questions that were never gone over in the power points the teacher read straight off of in class would be on the test.

    Course highlights:

I did learn a lot about counting grams of fat, carbs, sugars, and etc. I would definitely use this in every day life.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book and do not just go off of the power points in class!
