    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

If you are planning on being a Biology Major I would highly recommend this course because it gives you a head start for later courses, but otherwise it's not really a course you should put your focus on.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course are that the teacher teaches the material very well and the lectures are very informative. I am able to understand the entire lesson just by writing all of the notes that are given!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you take all of the notes during the lectures and never miss a day. Also, look over your notes after every class to refresh the memory in your mind.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course was very challenging, but the content was amazing. Biology taught me so much about existence in a whole. Learning how and why different things that I observe in nature happen, really challenged me to think about how this world operates. Taking this course, along with other courses, also helped me realize how much overlap there is in life. There were topics discussed in this classes that I also saw in other classes. Taking this college course Biology class caused me to grow, and I will appreciate this forever.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course for me was definitely learning about genetics. Applying knowledge about recessive and dominant genes and figuring out the possibilities of genotypes and phenotypes using punnett squares expanded my entire perspective on life. While it took a little while for me to grasp, when I finally understood it, it literally blew my mind!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If you need extra help, seek it immediately! Do not put it off and do not wait until the course is halfway over. This course is much easier to pass if you have a good foundation to build on. The Professor of this course is more than willing to help you and he is a very nice guy! If he is busy, seek help elsewhere. Also, the material needs to be reviewed before and after each class. This habit will be a substantial help in solidifying of the material in your mind. Do not stress out over it!
