    | Would not recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This professor makes this class much more difficult than necessary. She doesn't treat her students with as much respect as they deserve. While this class is a requirement to graduate, it should be taken with a different professor.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the coarse material and did really enjoy my Lit circle book.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the readings, or at least most of them. Do your work and study a lot, and you will be fine.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is a gen. ed so ONU students have to take this course some time in the four years that they are here.

    Course highlights:

I am not the biggest fan of literature, but I did enjoy some of the short stories and poems we read in class. I also enjoyed the lit circles we were placed into; it was a fun assignment on top of other assignments.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read all the material the prof assigns because she has quizzes almost every class time on the reading material assigned. Scoring well on those quizzes could be the difference between a letter grade, so reading the material and working with it is very important.
