    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course challenges all skills physically. The student will learn all of the basics as to how to take care of their body on a daily basis! In this course, the student will learn how to manage their time while working out. They will also learn exactly how to work out the parts of their bodies they feel needs it most!

    Course highlights:

I learned that if you set your goal too high, its okay! You will still gain a lot from a simple hour three days a week, and that the days you are not at the gym, you will be wanting to go! I learned how to perfect my workout routine, and use the things I learned in this class in my daily workouts!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not go into a workout feeling sorry for yourself! Go into it feeling ready to go because in an hours time it will be over and you will feel so good after working out, no matter how early or late in the day it is!

    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I personally would recommend this course because even though I found it boring at ties, I did learn some valuable information that I am sure to remember for a long time.

    Course highlights:

I think to learn about calories and how many to intake to lose, maintain, or gain weight was by far the most interesting to me.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

This is a general education class so all incoming students are required to take it. My advice to any student taking this course is to simply go over and read all the power point from that section before the test. I didn't read a single chapter of the book (you do need it for some assessments), but by going over the power points, I knew almost every question on the tests.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I actually really enjoyed this class because it gave me the tools to stay healthy during my time in college.

    Course highlights:

I learned that counting calories is one of the best ways to not overeat and get the freshman 15.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do the work and briefly look over the study guides before tests.
