    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    At first, I thought this class would be a waste of time but over all I learned more than I expected and it was interesting!

    Course highlights:

    We went (sort of) hiking one day, and it was fun!

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Give it a chance. Don't blow it off, it actually helped my major more!

    Course Overview:

    Great class. Informational and fun. The professor is very informative and knowledgable. Take a field trip and become more aware.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to identify many different kinda of rocks. I now understand the different processes the earth goes through.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Put in the effort and get to know a few classmates. They in the end are how you get through your labs swiftly. This is a gen ed course that actually is interesting. Takes notes and study hard.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend taking this course. You learn to appreciate the different minerals and rocks on the earth. You also learn general geology that can help you in the future when searching for a home or building a new home.

    Course highlights:

    I learned so much about different minerals, earthquakes, and how erosion happens! Overall, it was a very interesting course. There is much to learn about the earth!

    Advice for students:

    Take geology if you are interested in learning more about the earth and what types of minerals it contains and how it undergoes change.
