    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course helps develop your analytical skills and rhetorical writing skills and will later help influence your writing in other courses.

    Course highlights:

I read many articles and learned how to analyze them. I then summarized and wrote an analysis.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Always do the reading and take time writing your essays. Proof read and have other read your work before finalizing it.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because if you had a disadvantage going into college without having a clear understanding of the proper writing techniques, this course will set you in the right track.

    Course highlights:

The highlight I have got from this course is being able to interact with my classmates during the peer review portion of the class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise for students to take this course seriously and give their full attention because it will come a long way when you enter you're next writing course.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Taking English 1550 was one of the best courses I've taken because it abetted my reading, comprehensive, note taking and writing skills.

    Course highlights:

Being able to comprehend difficult passages and see my writing skills recuperate.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to students in high or college do not procrastinate. Make sure you are prepared for the test before the test even begins
