Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course itself is incredibly interesting and is only improved by Prof. Swedlund's vibrant teaching style and personality. It gives useful advice for communications and listening. Best of all the speeches are catered to your ideas.

    Course highlights:

The bag speech was probably my favorite. I had to tell all about my past present and future through just a few simple items. The informative speech was also very exciting. You're required to pick a topic that you're interested in speaking about and go in-depth into the subject matter.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

First off, READ THE BOOK. It may seem cliche or unnecessary, but it is extremely informative and can help you a lot. Also, show up. Prof. Swedlund's classes are interesting and can help you pass the online exams no problem, but failing to attend docks a LOT of points.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It helps you if you have self esteem issues, or a fear of public speaking, which I have both. A lot of the class exercises helps deal with both.

    Course highlights:

The classroom interaction. The classroom projects and presentations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take it. Don't put it off. I had it in the past and withdrew from it.
