Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

You learn a substantial amount of information about everything you consume on a daily basis. Professor Urbanski does not only teach the material, but also practices green living on her family farm.

    Course highlights:

There were plenty of bonus opportunities such as picking up waste in our campus pond and attending science clubs. Perhaps the highlight of this course was the fact that we removed 200 pounds of chemical waste in just our campus pond. It helped me realize how much waste is out there and how easy it is to help the environment if you gather a group of people and put your mind to it!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You will need this course despite the degree you seek. I believe everyone should know what is put in our food, what is tested in our local water, what chemicals are harmful in the cosmetics we wear everyday, and what can be done to save uprising deforestation and overpopulation in our Earth--This class will inform you all about that and change your lifestyle in a positive way.
