This class was tough.
Its a different perspective on accounting, not just debit and credit but a look from the managerial side and the decisions that must be made. My previous classes where a perspective as a accountant in a firm, this class taught me about being a CFO or controller
Cost estimation methods, cost drivers, target costing for target pricing, cost allocatiions and contract disputes where all things that were highlighted and taught in this class. Also I learned that this class isn't a class you can spend twenty minutes on, you have to study this daily to get all the nuances of this class.

Advice for students:
Study study study, take the practice tests in the book, do the exercises in the back of each chapter, take notes in class, make study cards. If there are tutors available at your institution use their knowledge to assist you.
