    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Ms.Eiland is one of the most inspirational people to have been in my life and she is very dedicated to her work. She's organized and inspired everyday to do her best for the class.

    Course highlights:

I learned how I study and what type of notes work for me. For example, towards the beginning of the semester, we'd have fill in the blank Power Point notes and I couldn't handle them. They were messy, unorganized, and hard to follow. But, when we changed the note style to simple slides we could highlight and edit on our own, my grades went up exponentially. As for coursework, we covered organic chemistry, cell structure, function, and communication, plant structures and functions, bodily structures and functions (in depth) and animal structures and functions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely read the textbook and do the study guides. Make your own flashcards and try to find the fun in learning about biology. It's not difficult once you get the study habits down!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I love how Ms.Eiland is so dedicated to each and every student. If you work for her, she'll work for you and you will be successful.

    Course highlights:

I learned alot more than I thought I would. From basic chemistry to cell signaling, photosynthesis to ecology, bad jokes to cake baking, this class is incredibly diverse and fun. You learn how to really study and how to put in the work for yourself. You can't be upset with the results you get for the work you didn't put in.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do: Read your textbook and do the study guides. Don't: Wait until the last minute for assignments and never ever change your answer on your answer document.
