Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The classroom has a great atmosphere. It is a lot easier to focus when everyone is relaxed instead of anxious.

    Course highlights:

I gained confidence by taking this course. This was a big deal for me considering I'm not the best at chemistry.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't be nervous, and try your best. Even if you do poorly, you know you tried your hardest.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Dr. Holovics is a very good professor. He explains difficult material simply so even people with no chemistry background will understand him. He is also very approachable and is always willing to help people who don't quite understand the material.

    Course highlights:

In this course I reviewed quite a bit of material which I learned in high school, but Dr. Holovics went much more in depth. He showed fun and interesting videos in class to demonstrate what we were learning.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

All students taking this course should go to class. There is a packet you buy at the beginning of the semester but you learn much more in class. He is also known for giving a pop quiz or two which you only get credit for if you are in class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course is very interesting but challenging as well. The class kept my attention and made me excited to learn but made me work for my grade as well. The teacher is remarkable in the way that he is very smart when it comes to chemistry and very good at teaching it. He is very nice and explains everything very well.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about chemistry and how it can be applied in specific fields. I learned the foundations and how interesting chemistry can be. The teacher was great and could answer questions with good insight. most teachers of his intelligence struggle to teach students with little background but he does amazing.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    Be ready to study and spend a lot of time on this course. It is worth your time to know this information for the field you will be going into. it lays a good foundation.;
