    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was a great way to learn basic communication skills and it is def the 101 course to 'People Watching'.

    Course highlights:

In this course, you learn all about how body language and speech affects not only how people see you, but how you see other people! You also learn how to strengthen your own communication skills and handling situations that you might find awkward or bad. It ended up helping my long term relationship and started me on a path to better communicating with my partner.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with the readings and journals. Since this is a 3 week course, it goes by really fast. What I found helpful was doing a chapter/journal a day. It really put down the stress level of trying to get everything done till Thursday! Also all the quizzes are pretty much open book/powerpoint so you have direct access to the content!

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend the class because speech is something that's needed and it prepares you for the real world and how to communicate with those around you. It also prepares you to start making speeches.

    Course highlights:

What I gained from taking this course is how to communicate with those around me. Also, I learned about how non-verbal communication can say a lot about you and of course my first time working with groups and lastly it allowed me to learn to make speeches.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed just make sure you read the material, participate in class, and learn to work in groups
