Introduction to Calculus
Calculus is built on two major ideas.

concerned with the instantaneous rate of
change. This can be illustrated by the slope of
a tangent to a functions graph.

The Product Rule
From the lesson on the Power Rule, we know that if two functions are added or
subtracted, we can just add or subtract their derivatives.
