    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It is a course that is easy to apply to most majors and fields of study. It is not overly complicated and the professor is approachable and understanding.

    Course highlights:

This course provides a basic understanding of common psychological concepts and theories. It addresses the theories of Dr. Sigmund Freud, Ivan Pavlov, B.F. Skinner, and Jean Piaget. The professor also integrated his own opinions on compassion in psychology and helped students make personal connections to the topics.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is not a difficult one, but it is reading intensive. You have to read the modules in the textbook to be successful because the professor's lecture notes are sparse. The exams are incredibly easy as long as you read the textbook. The professor is heavy on participation, and it counts as a large proportion of your final grade.
