Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Course Overview:
I would definitely recommend this course and this teacher over any other teacher. This is a required course and Mr.Kay will give you the best chance at getting a good grade(I got an A).
Course highlights:
It is a Pre-Calculus course. It prepares you for when you take Calculus a semester later. Learned about the different types of equations, shifts, and how to compose and decompose and equation.
Hours per week:
6-8 hours
Advice for students:
You will definitely have to study a lot throughout the week. Mr. Kay gives out weekly homework that takes about three hours to do normally. That homework will help you a lot, since it teaches what will be on the test, and gives you homework points for doing it. Each homework assignment is worth about thirty points, and it is beneficial to do it. Also, his study guides are almost word for word like the test is. Do the study guides, and the tests will be easy.
