    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It's a great course for gaining accounting skills and Mr. Culp is a great teacher. This course looks good on your record as well!

    Course highlights:

Mr. Culp had us work in-class on some projects and was there to help us on what we had trouble with.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study and get a tutor. I did tutoring once a week and I still had trouble understanding course material, so be sure to put in some hours at the library.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it gives us a lot of insight on the many things accountants do and it will help you decide if this is a major for you.

    Course highlights:

I like when my teacher actually gives us examples of what he does and ties it into the lesson because then I grasp the information more. I am still in this class but we just learned about petty cash and lifo, fifo, weighted average, and specific identification.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say to always study and dont be afraid to ask for help during or after class. Also making study groups really help when a test is coming or even when doing the homework. Lastly, it will get better.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The lectures are online for this class. We met once a week for a recitation-like class.

    Course highlights:

I loved this layout - the lecture modules were extremely organized and clear.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you stay on track with them then you should be good.
