Pretty easy, overall.
This class covers general nutrition. You learn about vitamins, minerals, the food pyramid. You also get the chance to analyze your own diet and learn what you need to do to get all of your daily nutrients.
I really enjoyed the final project that had us record our diet for three days. We then used a computer program to analyze the vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that we consumed. We used these numbers to see how far off we were from the recommended daily amount. Then we made suggestions about what we could do to improve our diets.
