Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a very enjoyable course, and all of the course material is very easy to understand. The course professor responds to emails very quickly, and will help you out if you have any questions.

    Course highlights:

Some of the highlights of this course were the course project, and the experimental credit. You can pick your own topic for the project which is nice, so then you don't get stuck doing a project you hate. And it was interesting to take surveys and help out other students with their projects.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The only advice that i would give to students taking this course is to just read the text book. All of the answers to the quizzes are within the text book.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is one of the most interesting classes I have ever taken! Not only was the material interesting, but professor Truelove has so much love and respect for the topic, that he brings a whole new perspective to what he is teaching you.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much more than what I imagined I would in this course! It is a required class, so I did not have very high expectations going in, but after the first class my mind had changed! Some of the highlights were the videos and examples Truelove had to go along with topics. Psychology is an everyday thing, and so there are so many corresponding incidences that help prove the point at hand. I learned a ton about the human brain and our way of thinking, and the stigma of mental illness was one of the most interesting topics!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you are willing to put in the time and effort! If you give your all, you are going to get a good grade. Go to class! The material is so interesting and class is not terrible. I loved it, and you will too!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Forbey made class enjoyable through his remarks and stories while teaching the material. He was the type of teacher that made me want to go to class solely because he was fun and quickly became my favorite teacher.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of the beginning mental disorders and psychological issues that are popular today and some that are not. We learned about the brain and which lobes were related to memory, speech, and thoughts.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise students to read the book for every chapter because not everything on the exams are from class. There is information that is important from the book that is hard to remember when only being glanced at.
