Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would highly recommend the course as it is relevant to the evaluation and determination of firms or financial conditions and performance overtime. This help the management, shareholders, investors and other stakeholders to determine whether they can invest or operate in respective companies to benefit economically.
I learned how to determine the company's ability to meet its short-term financial obligations through calculation of current ratio. The current ratio is calculated by dividing the current assets by the current liabilities. I also learned on how to determine the financial leverage of the company by calculating the debt ratio which is computed by dividing the total liabilities by total assets. Furthermore, I learned on evaluation of the company's efficiency which deals with utilization of resources to generate sales. This is done by calculating the inventory turnover found by dividing the cost of goods sold by average inventory. Additionally, capital budgeting techniques were learned. They include the net present value, the internal rate of return and Modified internal rate of return.
