    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    It deals with carbon compounds ranging from solids like graphite, solvents and even gases. It is easy to know that there will be very few compounds around us which do not have carbon in.

    Course highlights:

    Medicine is the prime store of organic compounds. Though not all but many medicines are made of organic substances. Like antibiotics, anticancer drugs, painkillers, anti-depressant, anesthetics etc.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    It involves drawing of organic compound structures and naming them. You need specialized software for drawing and naming structures such as ChemDraw etc

    organic chemistry is a foundation of chemistry in chemistry and it sometimes taught as a branch of chemistry.

    Course highlights:

    this course was covered on how to form compounds from different elements such as hydrogen and carbon.

    Advice for students:

    students taking this course need a lot of knowledge of chemistry more so when comes to educating learns.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    i would recommend the unit because of its applicability and students will always find it interesting

    Course highlights:

    i was able understand how chemical reactions take place more so the concept of curl arrows

    take the course and they wil never regret taking the course
