    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    this is a very intresting course just by begining with the name itself. the course builds an individuals skills in health research areas, health policy makers and community health advocators.

    Course highlights:

    I have learnt several skills in this course which includes, research skills, project management skills, health advocacy skills, population health management skills, leadership and interpersonal skills.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    one needs to be very outgoing since one needs to do more personal research, be very flexible and time conscious to enable meeting assignment deadlines.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course is a good health course,its content touches every day to day life experiences such lifestyle diseases. This is an international course like it is school(faculty) of its own in one of the universities in Canada follow the link below http://spph.ubc.ca/

    Course highlights:

    Prevention and management of diseases of lifestyle or behaviors. Disease surveillance and its relevance to population and public health. Process of behavior change and its communication. Adolescent, sexual and reproductive health. Sexuality and reproductive health Child health: immunisation and the integrated management of chilhood illnesses

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    You don’t have to know everything – but you should be able to quickly and painlessly find out what you need to know. You should be ready to face challenges at the course of studies because the course is so demanding therefore you must sacrifice.Another good tip is to intersperse your revision with relaxing activities to stop your brain overloading. Go for walks, listen to music, hang out with friends, play sports and chat with friends.
