    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    Technology Education is the most excellent course for those people who want to be technologists, tutors or even self employed as the course is practical oriented, and ensures deep understanding, skills and knowledge of what exactly industries want outside there. Becoming a lecturer in technical institute at just 22-23 years is the most fulfilling thing, as you not only lecture people of or below your age, but also older people who are working in big industries in Kenya or even outside Kenya. something good with tutoring Kenyan institution is that you only appear when you think you have lessons. so think, because you have an opportunity now. some of the courses offered include: 1. electrical and electronics 2. mechanical 3. automotive 4. computer technology(software) 5. welding technology

    Course highlights:

    The institution or the course offers chance for industrial attachments in second year and post industrial attachment as well as a chance for attachment in Kenyan institutions. 1. fluid mechanics 2. welding technology 3. controls system engineering 4. PL C, programmable logic device 5. java, c++, c, as well as FORTRAN 6. motors, generators 7. industrial wiring 9. domestic wiring 10. Engineering mathematics 1,2, 3, 4, 5 11. technical drawing 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 12. communication skills 13. philosophy 14. research methods 15. computer technology 16. communication systems_3G, 4G, 2G 17.     This class was tough.

    The course is practical in nature, which prepares student for self employment, college tutors as well as technologists.

    Advice for students:

    If you want to be your own boss, an entrepreneur, engineer both mechanical, civil, automotive, electrical, telecommunication...this is the right course. Think a head, no further regrets. options are made once, and this is just an equivalently awesome option, though tough but pays.

    Course Overview:

    because it gives learners both professional and technical skills to be teachers in colleges and technicians in industries. a technology education can be an automotive engineering teacher or a technician in the automotive industry field.

    Course highlights:

    i gained a lot of experience as an automotive technician in my second year attachment which was an industrial attachment in an automotive engineering company. also in my third year attachment at machakos university as an automotive engineering attache on teaching practice i learnt a lot as i taught students.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

    this is the best course one can ever choose,it gives you two options for work, you can either be a teacher or go to industry as a technician.its not easy but with passion and hard work its possible.
