Not too easy. Not too difficult.
I would recommend this course to any student who desires to study law and later practice it especially in Kenya. This is because it a course that enables one to understand the laws that govern our country Kenya. It grounds your understanding on the Constitution of Kenya and other laws such as the Acts of Parliament and Traditional Customary Laws applicable.
Constitutional Law enabled me to deeply understand our constitution and the basic values and principles of governance, it is very important for any organization, group or a corporation that would desire succeed in there activities to apply these principles of governance. some of these principles as outlined in Article of the constitution of Kenya 2010 are;good governance, integrity, transparency and accountability.
