    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The professor valued academia more than any other professor that I've had. He taught the class the importance of literature and how we must value it wholly so as to progress as a society.

    Course highlights:

I gained a significant amount of writing experience! Assignments in this course challenged me to do well as well as the professor did. He forced us to take perspective on many different aspects of literature such as movies, book, editorials, and even pictures. He made us think clearly about a subject to encourage clarity of the mind.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would attend office hours earlier on. Also simply be open to improving your writing abilities so that you may evolve as a writer.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I was nervous to take the college-level course, but I am glad I did. It really helped my writing. The deadlines are demanding, but I did well enough to get college credit while still in high school.

    Course highlights:

Highlights included learning more about analysis papers and writing for the style requested.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Plan ahead. The deadlines sneak up on you. You must have strong attendance and meet every deadline.
