Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Irene Vlachos-Weber is one of a select few professors that I would retake even if I did well. She makes this class fun for everyone. She makes taking Psy P101 class exciting and fun. She doesn't just give us busy work but, gives us material that we will understand and will meet us in office hours to go through the ins an outs of the material and will do exam preps. Overall, she is an amazing person and she is an excellent professor.

    Course highlights:

We learned many things about the brain and the many systems connected to the brain. It was more than just a bookwork and busy work, we actually had the opportunity to have hands on interaction to give us better in depth learning about what we were covering. We learned abstract and unnoticed information about the many systems that we covered as well. It was really interesting.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to anyone who takes this course is to study the material and be engaged. If you show that you are giving effort and show that you care and she will be willing to assist in any way. Also, go to office hours to seek help if you need it. She is more than willing to help in any way, shape or form.
