    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I think this is a great class to take, especially if you have no general knowledge of the city structure and the way they work. The course is great because you get to do a simulation in which student is assigned a role and then you interact as though you all live in the city. You also get to do some projects with other students over a city issue which is very interesting! Not incredibly lecture heavy but there are sometimes great discussions and professor Girgis is great!

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot from this course, especially in terms of the way the city is structured and the ways in which it operates. There are many components in a city, but going in depth through each is extremely helpful. Although my major is not necessarily dealing with city officials and issues directly, it is great to have that knowledge so if I am to talk to city officials I will be knowledgeable and I can put in my thoughts on a certain issue.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I think it is a great course to take! It doesn't require a lot of extra time and the lectures can be boring sometimes, but if you just read the text and go to class then you are sure to succeed. It's a good class to take so I would recommend it if you are thinking about it!
