    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Lisa is a very good teacher. Her class material are very detailed and the lectures are easy to follow.

    Course highlights:

Basically it is about fundamental research methods you will use in sociology researches. It talks about basic sociology terms that will be used in research, and some basic skills of writing papers

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It is not a introductory class. Do not take this class if you have no sociological knowledge. Prepare to write papers. The class is not very difficult, but you do have to work hard to get good grades.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor is wonderful and really knows the information. He is also helpful when asked questions that may or may not be related to the class. He is knowledgeable about sociology as a whole. The class itself is good too. There are many opportunities to earn back points that you may have lost on other assignments. It is possible to get over 100% in the course. The content is very interesting as well, which is explained in the next question. Overall, I would highly recommend the course.

    Course highlights:

The class was on research methods. Going into the class, I knew that I wanted to be a researcher, but I had no ideas on what that entailed. Now that the class is coming to an end, I have learned so much. I have learned what good methods are to use for different scenarios and how to be an ethical researcher. I have also learned how to create good research questions that leave out spurious variables so that I can find causation with the answers that I find. All of these things would be helpful for any student, but it was especially helpful for me because I intend to use this knowledge in the field that I will be going into.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

The best tip that I can give is to go to every class and do every assignment. There are opportunities to skip quizzes and assignments, but if you do them all, then you can earn extra credit. Attendance is not required, but the information can be dense and it is important to be there to ask any questions that you may have.
