Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Structural Kinesiology was a great way to get my feet wet with anatomy. It allowed me to learn anatomy while connecting it to how and why the human body moves the way it does. From lectures to labs, the information was given clearly and by doing the work the course was manageable.
In this course, I learned basic anatomy and human body movement. The course focused on sport movement, due to the fact my major is focused in that area. The highlights of this course include the lab portions where we were granted hands on time with models and open-book collaborative learning.

Advice for students:
To any student considering this course, I would first and foremost recommend going to classes. While many college students try to squeeze in as many absences as possible, it is of the up most importance that you attend class! The lectures provide many answers to tests that are not in readings. Labs help a great deal by allowing one on one learning to occur.
