    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course covers the fundamentals of biological mechanisms. It is a general biology course, but it is essential to understanding the basis of biology. I highly recommend all students to try it out because it helped me make the decision to be a biology major. The professor is always willing to help and makes the course more engaging.

    Course highlights:

I learned about the basics of biology. It covered everything, generally, from macro-molecules to anatomy. The material is not very in-depth because it is a basic level class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you do well in this class and try to understand the material to the best of your abilities because it is necessary to have a solid understanding of the material covered in this class to move forward to higher level biology courses.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She explains everything well and holds a study session a day before each week a test is held to provide the main objectives for each lesson. By going to office hours, you can develop a meaningful relationship with her.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course for me was having study sessions with the AIs and UTAs. They were able to explain, in further detail, topics and reactions that weren't so clear the first time.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Print off everything and bring to class!!
