    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This professor is ideal for students who are looking for a challenging course. Although the course can be challenging, it truly pushes and shows students their limits.

    Course highlights:

In this course we learned how to apply the periodic table to different problems along with formulas and different gas laws such as, Boyle's and Charle's Law. One of the most memorable highlights in the course was learning about thermodynamics. The professor made one of the most challenging subjects interesting and understandable. However, when it comes to the exams the questions are made to make you use everything you have gained through the course.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Going through the powerpoints and doing practice problems will help prepare you for exams in order to preserve as much time as possible. Do not take the homework lightly.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Many majors require the basic chemistry classes and Dr. Bethel is a great professor! He thoroughly explains everything and teaches at a good pace.

    Course highlights:

I loved the light-heartedness of the class. Dr. Bethel is a very witty professor and makes chemistry not so troubling!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to a nearby tutoring center if needed. Reading the chapter and taking notes before the lectures really helped my understanding of the material and helped me get ahead on weekly homeworks!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I enjoyed learning the basics of chemistry!

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot on the periodic table which can apply to the work force.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study after each new lecture is given. A lot of information can pile up and be overwhelming if not taken one piece at a time. Also, go to professor for help!
