Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I really loved this course and the professor. He had difficult tests, but was fair and gave generous curves. The only grades were tests, so no homework was given. I liked that because it gave me more time to study only what I felt I needed to work on.

    Course highlights:

I had taken a course similar to this one in high school, so this was more like a refresher course. Still, learning about how to determine rate laws for chemical reactions was covered in more detail, making it easier for me than it was previously. We also learned how to create electrical cells and determine their potential.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You must show up to class. I didn't need to study too much because I had already learned most of the material in high school, but you will not do well if you don't go to class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is a very challenging course, but the professor makes sure to teach you as much as he can.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to balance reactions easily, and how bonds work.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention and take notes in class! The textbook helps but listening to him is your best bet.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Bethel is an excellent professor. After my first semester in his class, I chose to take another class with him the next semester. If I could, I would take all of my science classes with him as my professor.

    Course highlights:

The course itself can be tough, but Dr. Bethel explains things so well. He really cares about his students and their educations.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to start studying in advance; don't ever get behind or you might not catch back up.
