    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would and have personally recommended this course to many of my peers. Professor Butz encourages growth and offers lots of one on one opportunities if you are falling behind or generally just need a little guidance. She is ALWAYS positive and upbeat and has never came to class with even the hint of annoyance. She loves hearing diverse opinions on reading and writing and encourages class discussions. She is also very flexible and willing to help you perfect writing assignments you might have for other classes.

    Course highlights:

In this particular course taught by Professor Butz, I extended my ability to write a well thought out paper including the proper way to use grammar and include citations throughout these papers. Which is something I will admit to being horrible at in my senior year of high school.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice is to SHOW UP TO CLASS!!! You cannot be taught if you are not present to learn. Attending class allows you to ask questions and converse with not only the professor but your peers, who might be facing the same dilemma as you. If you are having a tough time on an assignment the best way to get help is to show up and ask for it because nothing falls into your lap, you have to work for it!

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend because it is an easy course to take and helped get a head start in college. The professor is really nice and she really is helpful, when you ask for it.

    Course highlights:

I have learned how to work in a group full of three to four people. I have learned how to properly title my paper and how much space I should have between paragraphs.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention and do all of your homework.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class if your going into journalism or some field that involves a lot of writing . Very helpful course if you plan on taking any type of writing class.

    Course highlights:

Learning many types of writing language and how to correctly write certain type of paper. Really helpful for many different types of writing.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Ask questions if you don't understand something. And always take notes and if your not good at note take record it on ur phone or something that why you don't miss anything that was said in class if you have a sort attention spam.
