    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Even though most student went into this course as a prerequisite for other courses, everyone regreted the end of the semester. As for myself i enjoyed every second of it, its full of important information, contains life changing habits and is a very informative course for a persons everyday life.

    Course highlights:

    The highlights of this course are most likely the effects each organ in the body have towards the food or anything that enters your mouth. Its a fascinating subject.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    This course if very helpful as a prerequisite for almost any class, especially Anatomy and Physiology.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    This class was amazing. I learned so much. This was an online class. The quizzes were online and you had discussion posts due every week. It was a lot of work, but you were able to do it on your own time. The professor emails you back almost immediately if you have any questions or concerns.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how unhealthy my diet was. I knew I didn't eat that great but I didn't realize how poorly the amount of nutrients I was getting was.

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

    Do the discussion posts ASAP. They are due every Sunday at midnight. Don't wait last minute and forget.
