The reason that I personally feel that this was an interesting class is because most of the topics that we talked about explained the issues that I was having with stress.
The highlights of this course were the fact that I was able to identify and control the stress levels I had on a daily basis. In another module we looked at the effect that stress had on weight gain in the body which I thought was very interesting.

When expecting to pass the class is not your only option but you want to make sure you are getting good grades, you will want to have the discussions in my midweek of the first week. The grade will be effected if you do not complete this early.
