Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is part of the foundation of the nursing program. Although my school no longer exists, the concepts I learned in Anatomy 2 are serving me well as I progress through my program. In order to understand any disease process you have to know your basic anatomy & physiology.

    Course highlights:

For me, the highlights of taking Anatomy & Physiology 1&2 came in the months after. Because we had reports, diagrams and many handouts to complete, from basic to complex I was able to pull that information from my memory and apply it to my nursing courses.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

It is a must for anyone going into any part of the medical field. Even if you are wanting to be on the business side of this field, you will need to know the basic anatomy & physiology. For example, billing & coding requires knowledge of A&P in order to bill for the correct procedure on the correct body part. Take notes, make flash cards & utilize Course Hero!
