Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Julien has flexible due dates, you can reach him at any time, and he makes the course engaging by adding analysis of popular music and picking intriguing stories. He wants the class to learn something--but doesn't mind if they don't learn everything he plans at the beginning of the semester. Therefore, if the class is struggling with something, he won't move on until they get it. The coursework moves at a very comfortable and adjustable pace.

    Course highlights:

The best parts of this class were lectures. Julien is an amazing teacher who gets a classroom conversation going on really quick and makes it fun to learn with frequent jokes.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Talk to Dr. Julien if you need help! He will help! He isn't scary, and he will try to avoid making everything worse with redundant questions.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. J is always a joy in class. Not only is he informative, but he's also hilarious and genius. He makes all the reading very understandable even when the content is complex and convoluted. I recommend him to any student.

    Course highlights:

I gained a new perspective on world literature. To most, it seems pretty dull, but this course is presented in an interesting and unique way.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to take good notes so that you can look back at them before the test. Details generally aren't important. This class emphasizes the larger theme more than any one smaller component.
