This class is a great choice because it is more than just a class for credits, it applies to everyone in real life. Understanding nutrition and what happens to our bodies when we eat certain things is very useful to know so we can monitor ourselves to make sure we are the healthiest that we can be.
Learning about all of the elements that goes into our body systems and how it all works with food.
